How long does delivery take?
Delivery is paced to stay inside Steam's own limits for a single profile, so it is steady rather than instant. A 100 pack finishes in well under an hour and larger packs take proportionally longer. Your order page shows live progress the whole time, so you always know where you are.
Do I need to give you my password?
No, and we will never ask for one. All we need is your public Steam profile, the same thing anyone can see. You stay logged into your own account the entire time.
Is there a ban risk?
Commending is a normal feature built into the game and receiving commends is not something Valve penalises. We never touch your account, never ask for credentials, and never run anything on your machine. Everything happens through normal in-game activity on your public profile.
Is this a commend bot service?
That is the usual name for this kind of service, so yes, you will see it called that. What matters on your side is simpler: nothing gets installed, we never ask for your password or log into your account, and the commends that land on your profile are real ones that count.
Will this raise my trust factor?
Commends are one of the clearest positive signals a profile can carry, so they help. Nobody can promise a specific outcome, because Valve does not publish how trust factor is calculated and it weighs many things at once. Anyone guaranteeing you a jump is guessing. What if I disconnect or my internet drops?
Nothing is lost. Your order pauses the moment you leave the server and picks up exactly where it stopped when you come back. You can leave on purpose, close the game, come back tomorrow, and continue with the same code.
Which coins can I pay with?
Litecoin, Tron, Ethereum and Bitcoin. The list you see on the checkout page is filtered live, because each coin has its own network minimum. Bitcoin only appears on larger packages for that reason, since its minimum is higher than our smaller packs.
When does my code arrive after paying?
As soon as the network confirms your payment. That is usually a few minutes and depends on the coin, not on us. The payment page updates itself, so you can just leave it open. We also email the code, so closing the tab is not a problem.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send slightly less because of network fees, we still issue the code. If you send clearly less than the price, the code is held and we look at it by hand, so write to us and we will sort it out. If you send more, you still get your code straight away and we see the difference on our side.
Can I use one code on two different Steam accounts?
No. A code locks to the first profile it is used on. If you entered the wrong profile you get one reset, and only before delivery has started. Once commends have begun landing, the code stays with that profile.
Can I track my order later?
Yes. Enter your code on the order lookup page and you will see delivered count, what is still queued, and the server connection status.
My code has not arrived. What now?
Check the spam folder first, then open the payment page again, since the code stays on it. If it is still not there, email us with your payment address or the email you used and we will find it.
