What you are buying

You are buying the delivery of a set number of Counter-Strike 2 commends to a Steam profile you choose. You are not buying a rank, a trust factor score, or any guaranteed change to how the game matches you.

Codes

Every purchase gives you a code. A code locks to the first Steam profile it is used on and cannot be moved to another profile afterwards.

If you entered the wrong profile, you get one reset per code, and only while delivery has not started yet. Once commends have begun landing, the code stays with that profile permanently.

Codes do not expire.

Delivery

Delivery requires you to connect to the server address shown on your order page. We cannot deliver to a profile that is not connected.

Delivery is paced to stay inside Steam's own limits for a single profile, so it is steady rather than instant. Leaving the server pauses your order, and reconnecting resumes it from the same point.

We cannot deliver to accounts that are banned or otherwise restricted by Valve from receiving commends. If your profile is in that state, the order cannot proceed and you should contact us.

Payment

Payments on this site are made in cryptocurrency and are processed by NOWPayments. Crypto payments cannot be reversed once sent, by us or by anyone else.

If you send slightly less than the requested amount because of network fees, we still issue the code. If you send clearly less, no code is issued automatically and the payment is reviewed by hand. If you send more, the code is issued as normal and you should contact us about the difference.

A payment request stays open for a limited window. If it expires before you send anything, nothing is charged and you can start a new order.

Refunds

If delivery has not started, contact us and we will refund you. Because crypto payments are not reversible, refunds are sent manually and we will need a wallet address from you.

Once commends have been delivered, that part of the order cannot be refunded, for the simple reason that it cannot be taken back off your profile. If an order stopped partway through because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will either finish it or refund the undelivered part.

Availability

The service depends on Counter-Strike 2 and Steam, which are outside our control. Game updates occasionally pause delivery until we adapt. When that happens your order is not lost; it waits and continues afterwards. We may also pause the service for maintenance.

Fair use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, do not attempt to attack or overload our servers, and do not resell access to our systems without an agreement with us. We can refuse or cancel an order, with a refund, if we believe it is being used this way.
